About the role

We are currently seeking a National Key Account Executive to oversee and enhance vital client relationships within QIC's Alternative Income's Pop-Up Retail and Media revenue sectors.

This role involves managing national and regional experiential and acquisition agencies, focusing on maximising growth opportunities across QIC's retail portfolio. The successful candidate will excel in nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking out strategic partnerships with emerging agencies.

Superior relationship management skills are crucial for this position, as the primary objective is to drive year-on-year growth and foster long-term connections within the industry.

The key accountabilities are not limited to but include:
  • Support the achievement of Brand iQ's sales targets by crafting solution-oriented proposals, both reactively to market demands and proactively in sales presentations.
  • Foster revenue expansion from existing clientele and foster the acquisition of new clients, aiming for growth rates between 2-5%.
  • Supervise the management of client accounts receivables.
  • Formulate and execute a strategic sales strategy to unveil fresh business prospects, cultivate client relationships, collaborate internally to meet client goals, and ensure favourable business outcomes.
  • Furnish comprehensive reports on account advancement, objectives, and initiatives, incorporating the latest market insights, for dissemination to pertinent stakeholders.
  • Actively seek out sponsors and brand partners for national marketing initiatives and provide support in execution.

About you

You will have a passion for client relationship management and a knack for driving growth in the retail and media sectors. You will also have:
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the retail or media industry.
  • Strong ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving growth targets and expanding client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused approach.
