About our client

We are working with a leading asset manager with multi-billions of assets under management invested across both Equity and Credit strategies. The firm have an excellent track record and, with their perpetual fundraising model, they are continuously expanding their investor base and AuM.

The London-based Investor Relations team is looking to hire an additional Analyst / Associate to work closely with senior sales professionals to support ongoing fundraising and business development efforts across Europe. This is a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team and a great place to work. What the job involves

  • Support senior sales professionals in their lead generation, investor outreach and follow-ups
  • Assist in the completion of investor information and diligence requests
  • Update bespoke marketing materials for fundraising purposes
  • Prepare meeting notes and create and distribute roadshow packs
  • Liaise with various teams across the business including investment, legal and finance
  • Maintain the central CRM database
Who we are looking for

  • Top education with prior experience in investor relations at an asset management firm, placement agent or a consultant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Someone organised and detail oriented with demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with CRM system is preferred
