Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing accounting entries based on supporting documents and compiling them to entries according to approved procedures.
- Entering financial data and information into accounting systems such as invoices, financial documents, and payment orders.
- Preparing bank reconciliations.
- Preparing the monthly audit balance and contributing to preparing monthly closing entries.
- Preparing payments due to the Fund based on supporting documents and credits according to approved procedures.
- Preparing analysis reports for periodic accounts as needed.
- Preparing preliminary periodic financial reports according to approved procedures.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Recent graduate or practical experience of at least two years in accounting, finance, or auditing.
- Willingness for self-education to obtain a professional qualification in accounting or finance during employment at AMF.
- Possess a flexible and positive personality capable of interacting with colleagues and internal staff, in addition to the ability to accomplish tasks with diligence and alertness.
- Proficient in information technology skills and Microsoft applications.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to meet work requirements with quality under work pressure and outside official working hours.
- Ambitious and self-learning personality.
