Summary:

As a Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's growth, contributing your expertise to live transactions and cross-border deals with international teams. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Senior Analyst / Associate with a strong financial analysis background to elevate their career in the M&A space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key responsibilities in live transactions, supporting the entire process from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate on cross-border deals, working closely with international teams.
• Conduct extensive valuation and pricing analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
• Assist in all steps of the transaction process, ensuring smooth execution.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the nature of each transaction.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of M&A experience from a reputable Investment Bank or Boutique.
• Demonstrated excellence in analytical and modeling skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
