In collaboration with the campaign and channel marketing teams, you will develop productive relationships with business stakeholders and translate business objectives into digital marketing requirements. These will then be used to design and deploy digital marketing solutions.

In addition to delivering day-to-day digital production, you will also manage a programme of continuous improvement across the digital solutions that focuses on the quality of the client experience and aligns with the digital marketing vision and governance framework.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business areas you support.
  • Design, deliver and maintain a portfolio of digital marketing solutions to support business and marketing objectives.
  • Effectively prioritise and manage the production delivery schedule.
  • Establish KPIs to facilitate stakeholder reporting and inform continuous improvement.
  • Understand the regulatory and risk environment and act accordingly.
  • Stay informed about new digital marketing developments and understand any impact on your existing digital marketing solutions.
  • Regularly evaluate your digital marketing solutions against the digital marketing vision and established best practice.
  • Understand the target audience, product offering and competitor landscape for the segments you support.
  • Obsess about data and analytics and incorporate into solution design.
  • Ensure that you develop your digital marketing solutions in line with the digital marketing portfolio and development roadmap.
  • Identify key stakeholders and build collaborative relationships with them through effective and regular communication.

The role requires:
  • 4+ year's demonstrable experience in a digital role for a wealth/asset management or related organisation.
  • Ability to design effective digital solutions to support business and marketing objectives.
  • Experienced in paid media strategy & execution
  • Experience of digital project management.
  • Effective team and stakeholder communication with an ability to quickly build strong and productive relationships.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and deliver high quality, accurate work to tight deadlines.
  • Good planning and organisational skills with a flexible and pragmatic approach.
  • Good verbal, written and graphical communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to personal career development and continuous learning.
  • Proven experience using client facing digital platforms in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of web content management.
  • Management and execution of online & social media communications in line with group policy.
  • Knowledge and experience of SEO, Web & Social Media Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to liaise with and drive value from agency & vendor relationships.
  • A desire to continually learn and develop knowledge and skills.
  • Experience of operating in a regulated environment.
  • Experience of the UK Wealth / Investment Management sector.
  • Experience of email marketing using software tools
  • Experience of working with CRM and/or Client Data
