Responsibilities
  • Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions
  • Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Provide support to system integration test and UAT
  • Prepare training materials and conduct end user training
  • Supervise junior business analysts to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables



Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Min 3 years of experience in a business analysis or project management role in the banking/finance industry
  • Solid experience in running meetings for gathering requirements, collaborating on solutions, and resolving issues.
  • Solid experience in project management would be an advantage.
  • Experience in remittance / interbank clearing project / cross border payment project (i.e. SWIFT, RTGS, CIPS, CNAPS) is an advantage.
  • Experience in Private banking / Wealth management / Investment products is an advantage.
  • Experience in Treasury / Trading / Bond / FX is an advantage.
  • Certification on CFA, FRM or PMP is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience on using SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, Triple A is an advantage.
  • Organized, self-starting and producing accurate works.
  • Good communications and presentation skills.
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
