FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

You will join the Funds Domiciliation - Document Management department.

Your role

As part of the Funds Domiciliation - Document Management department, your mission will be to assist our client internal and external clients, which includes in-house funds and third-party funds, regarding document, signature, and data management.

As part of your mission, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Document collection and organization: You will be responsible for collecting, sorting, and organizing the documents necessary for fund management. This may include documents such as contracts, financial reports, investor information, prospectuses, etc.
  • Scanning and electronic archiving of documents and data's : You will be required to scan physical documents and electronically archive them in a document management system.
  • Compliance control: You will perform regular checks to ensure that documents are complete, up-to-date, and properly classified.
  • Client request management: You will be responsible for responding to client requests regarding fund documentation. This may include searching for specific documents, providing copies, assisting with form filling, etc.
  • Process improvement: You will be encouraged to propose improvements to document management processes to optimize efficiency and the quality of the service provided.
Overall, your role will be essential in ensuring rigorous and efficient document and data management, ensuring a quick and reliable access to the necessary information.

Your profile
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the investment fund industry in Europe (UCITS and AIFM).
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • General understanding of databases.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Keen sense of customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail and coordination abilities.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating teamwork, availability, and flexibility.
  • Enthusiasm and rigorous problem-solving skills.
