Your new role

  • Evaluating the credit quality and performance of the loan portfolio and other securities investment on book on a regular basis.
  • Generating financial analysis, reports and recommendations to the management on the performance of the loan portfolio.
  • Performing ad hoc review and analysis on problem credit or past due account with timely monitoring loan payments.
  • Managing the problem credit when required in liaison with the relevant parties such as the Regulator, Account Manager, Head Office, Legal Counsels, Financial Accounting and Operations.
  • Handling and addressing any enquiry from the regulator regarding the loan classification, impairment and written off arrangement.
  • Identifying and reporting any credits that require management attention and providing findings and recommendations.
  • Assisting in any ad hoc project assigned by senior management & Team Head.
  • Revising and updating the company's credit (review) policy.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit review, credit analysis or credit risk management in the banking industry.
  • Solid knowledge of the credit market, industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
