• Business Developement with financial clients (B2B)

• Define, Plan and Execute the sales & marketing strategy

• Extend company reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships

• Identify the key partners in Hong Kong (Chinese/MNC Banks or Financial Institutions)

• Solid connection with financial institutions and distributors in Hong Kong

• Develop business with new clients and deliver ESG reports for them

• Create and implement Hong Kong marketing plan

• Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation, sales, and market share

• Build forecast and deliver expected sales

• Build and maintain strong product knowledge to increase sales effectiveness.

• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets


• Relevant proven experience and success in sales, preferably in IT solutions (Data/System/Infra)

• Solid connection with financial institutions and distributors in Hong Kong

• Relevant proven experience and success in business development or account management role

• Self-motivator and proactive

• Capable of leading through influence and building strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, business relationship building skills

• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
