An exciting role as RM in an international and multi-faceted environment servicing U/HNWI clients domiciled in the Middle East as part of the Arabian Gulf Team, based in Zurich. Join us in a front role as a partner handling, acquiring and leading key and complex client relationships, providing advice on a broad range of investment products and delivering top class tailored services to the highly sophisticated needs of U/HNWI clients from the GCC.

We're looking for a Relationship Manager to:
  • Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with the focus on strategic advice
  • Drive an effective strategy to manage and develop a book of clients
  • Define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients' needs, by coordinating and cooperating with internal stakeholders including product and solution specialists across the bank
  • Identify and extract potential business opportunities from within the client book
  • Make sure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture within the team
  • Establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients and continuously build and grow your network

Your skills and experience
You would be our perfect match if you bring the following requirements:
  • You have a degree from a university or an institute of higher education.
  • You demonstrate high affinity to the finance sector and have a track- record of minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing and acquiring highly sophisticated / UHNWI clients. Specific experience in investment services/solutions (e.g. investment consulting, portfolio management) or segment coverage (e.g. UBS GFIW) is of benefit
  • You have a high client- and service- orientation and ideally excellent knowledge of the processes and tools along the Credit Suisse or UBS client lifecycle (ideally both)
  • You are ready to take responsibility including growing new assets by identifying and developing new business opportunities from the existing client base and developing new business leads in the market in cooperation with your peers.
  • You have the drive and motivation to work in a target oriented and high-performance culture
  • You are highly motivated and possess outstanding team skills; strong ability to cope with pressure, high level of flexibility and strong dedication to go the extra mile for and with clients.
  • You are fluent in English. German, Arabic and other market relevant languages are an asset.
