Join one of London's most esteemed Quant Macro Portfolio Managers as they expand their team in anticipation of a new platform launch. Drawing from extensive experience in leading Quant Macro forecasting and trading teams worldwide, this venture boasts substantial capital and infrastructural support within a broader multi-strategy framework.

We're in search of a mid-level Quantitative Researcher with a demonstrated track record in intraday futures trading (equity or macro) to contribute to our forthcoming research endeavors. Spearheading the quest to uncover alpha signals from diverse datasets, you'll play a pivotal role in developing systematic strategies that yield significant returns through the re-composition of US and global indexes.

Operating within our team's collaborative 'pod' structure, this role offers considerable opportunities for impactful contributions, idea generation, and direct influence on profit and loss outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and maintain automated macro futures and broader market forecasting strategies.

Integrate fundamental market knowledge with advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to identify alpha signals.

Engage in the entire research cycle, from data collection and idea generation to signal implementation, back-testing, and post-trade analysis.

Work closely with the Portfolio Manager, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in Quant Macro.

Experience Required / About You:

Substantial experience in a systematic environment as a quant researcher or analyst.

Previous exposure to futures products, particularly in the EU or US markets, with holding periods of up to one day.

Proficiency in Python and strong technical skills.

Advanced competency in statistical modeling (e.g., Bayesian, stochastic, time series) and/or machine learning techniques.
