Our client is a leading real estate private equity fund. They are now looking for a dedicated Analyst to join the Portfolio Management team, specialising in debt & equity investments. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about driving performance and strategising for future growth in a dynamic investment landscape.
Role Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed evaluations of our team's outcomes on various funds, investment mandates, and past transactions.
• Engage in comprehensive analysis at both deal and portfolio levels, including constructing performance forecasts, evaluating risk distribution, and ensuring portfolio diversity.
• Keep a close watch on asset performance, tracking business plan achievements, overseeing loan agreements, and evaluating the performance of underlying assets.
• Serve as a key point of contact for fund managers, investors, and borrowers, responsible for crafting investor updates (including quarterly reports) and coordinating investor meetings and calls.
• Assist in preparing financial models and memos for the Investment Committee, focusing on loan restructuring and strategy formulation, and collaborate in the development of future fund strategies and fundraising initiatives.

Candidate Experience:
• Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of relevant RE debt / equity investments experience.
• Proficiency in financial modelling using Excel is crucial, alongside experience in analysing and structuring complex financial deals.
• A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills are essential.
• A solid understanding and interest in real estate investment, with a particular focus on debt & equity investments, will be highly valued.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative spirit are key.
• Proficiency in European languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
