Part of TP ICAP group, operates at the heart of the world's financial, energy and commodities markets. We are professional intermediaries playing a pivotal role in the world's financial markets, covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities and Energy & Commodities.

Globally, we are a leading provider of market participants, with execution via a range of regulated venues, covering a full spectrum of over-the-counter (OTC) asset classes. Matching buyers and sellers, we facilitate the development of liquidity and price discovery in these markets and provide insight and context to our clients. We operate a hybrid model where brokers provide business-critical intelligence to clients. It's supplemented by proprietary screens for historical data, analytics and execution functionality.

Our clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of trades into trading systems
  • Resolve any trade queries received internally and externally, and ensure any trade discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
  • Keep trade records up to date
  • Provide input on various projects for brokers and traders
  • Provide trade details to brokers and traders on a daily basis
  • Reconcile and match broker commissions to trade and update the commission allocation report
  • Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments
  • Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines
  • Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties
  • Other duties as may be required
Experience / Competences

  • Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies and market dynamics.
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, can understand and translate data to a wide-ranging audience.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical problem-solving skills.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to delivering for clients responsibly.
  • Additional language skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience using financial software, trading platforms and market research tools.
  • Can easily build relationships and demonstrates ability to work effectively with others.
  • Demonstrates high levels of energy in seeking out and achieving new goals .

Salary: $65,000-$75,000
