We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager II to join our Transformation team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Enables the organization to harmonize and improve Project Management/Transition procedures, processes, and infrastructure by the means of coordination, development, and implementation of tools and the adaptation of globally provided content into the process optimization
  • Identify process gaps in accounting workflow, Risk and remediation opportunities
  • Identify, encourage and implement business solutions for process improvements, risk reduction and synergies
  • Cooperates closely with the Global Process Lead and Global Process Community to develop standardized processes
  • Set up standard process implementation with Business Partners, drive transformation strategies with agile milestones
  • Collaborate with IT business partners with an aim to build effective solutions. Ensure clear road-map for transformation team with clear objective and milestons
  • Responsible for end to end project planning, execution and completion with budgeting and returns to investments
  • Carry out a comprehensive SWOT analysis and derive key takeaways from the situation.
  • Keep yourself updated about the current version of the policies that are relevant to your role and integrate corporate values into daily business
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience would be beneficial.
  • 13-16 years of total work experience and at least 2-3 years in management preferred.
  • Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
  • Either solid experience in a NAV/ Fund Accounting operational environment; or broader experience in several related business areas including perhaps trade capture, data, reconciliations, custody & Accounting Reconciliation, Internal and external Reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Experience managing client relationships, including at senior levels.
  • An effective communicator on all levels and having polished presentation skills.
