We are partnered with an FCA regulated corporate finance boutique based in London. They work with innovative fast-growing companies bringing together knowledge, discipline and structured solutions to support their clients.

They are a team of 9 in London and are looking to add an Office Manager as the firm is growing.

The role offers a flexible hybrid model, with only 3 days in the office of your choosing.

Uncapped progression is offered in the role, you will be able to take on new areas of responsibility of your choosing! With the support of the company for any wanted qualifications.

MUST HAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE AND FULL RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK

Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead administrative duties across various internal departments
  • Develop and implement streamlined administrative procedures
  • Manage credit control & assist with processing payments
  • Liaise with various regulatory bodies/ professional services providers (government & private) to facilitate tasks and workflows
  • Manage internal databases and client on-boarding procedures including KYC & AML
  • Assist with document preparation and review across an array of different departments
  • Assist with organisation of office events including social and professional development events
  • Basic company secretary functions including minutes & Companies House lodgements.
  • Prepare presentations and reports (including research on various topics)
  • Managing client websites and social media accounts
  • Opening and Distributing mail to relevant contact
  • Other ad hoc office tasks


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in office management or a related role.
  • Ability to work independently and proactive in asking for help if needed
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
