Candidate will be responsible for payment processing, reconciliation review, queries resolution and oversight. This role is onsite in your Dublin Office .

What you will be responsible for
As Middle Office Senior Associate:

  • Cash settlement process for foreign exchange and derivative products
  • Assist the team/associates with any cash trouble-shooting, discrepancy queries, reconciliation cash breaks
  • Interact with clients and brokers re cash and settlement issues and processes
  • Launch new clients and funds in Treasury system applications
  • Review end of day management reports and resolve outstanding issues
  • Sign off on end of day process and check lists
  • Compliance with risk, regulation and compliance programs and applicable laws and regulatory requirements
  • During the course of normal day to day operation, responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business-related area (minimum 2.2 honors degree
  • IT Literate

  • Very good English
  • Highly numerate
  • Ability to perform effectively within strict client deadlines.
  • Knowledge of some/all of the following: Swift formatting, SSI set ups, Currency deadlines
