Your new company

This leading financial services institution has a strong base of customers globally. They are leaders in innovation, customer satisfaction and their staff continuously strives for success. My client has the aspirations to the further develop their presence and business in Hong Kong and is current seeking for an experienced Strategic Head to oversee current initiatives.

Your new role

In a department leading role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of business growth within the Hong Kong market. Alongside, overseeing financial planning and analysis to ensure objectives are met within budget. You will lead a large-scale team of professionals to hit the company's long term & short term goals.

Initiatives range from:

• Market Growth in China
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Business & Market Strategy

What you'll need to succeed

You will have 15+ years of experience within Corporate Development, Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. Experience within the Hong Kong & China markets are essential.

• Professional Consulting background will be an advantage
• Life Insurance experience will be strongly preferred
• Previous team leadership and executive level communications
