We're seeking a future team member for the role of Team Lead, Client Processing to join our FX Operations team. This role is in Pune (Hybrid)
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Use data-modelling practices to gather, identify and document performance metrics (KRI/KPI and client feedback). Analyze findings and create suggestions for strategic and tactical improvements.
  • Act as an advisor to the Platinum Team Manager, global Management Team and where applicable the FX Sales and trading team, having identified potential cost savings and growth opportunities from data mining.
  • Produce the monthly client presentation decks. Taking onus on meeting minutes and action points
  • Be a conduit between Operations, Front Office, and Technology. Use data-analytics to compile and support new JIRA entries for process/client/operational improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional/strategic objectives - Attend FX/Ops Prioritization calls and work with CTB as a POC for prioritized items.
  • Suggest reporting enhancement. Take input and feedback from the global teams
  • Provide Embedded Control, Risk and Audit partners with metrics (MoM) where applicable and support Audit requests for KRI/KPI data
  • Informatica to java feed - the flip
  • MSC workflow tool - have a better sight of the onboarding
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience (preferably within the financial sector)
  • Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making
  • Exceptional attention to detail. Operate with a risk mindset
  • Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Sufficient understanding of FX (foreign exchange)
  • Strong written and communication skills
