Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities
- Create and communicate a vision for the future of finance which is compelling and engaging for our clients
- Identify, pursue, win opportunities to lead the transformation of our client's finance organization across the critical dimensions of change: strategy, organization, process and technology
- Deliver the envisioned transformation programs, managing project teams of finance consulting professionals across different sectors and client accounts
- Achieve sales and revenue targets which drive growth of the team and create opportunities for the broader team
- Develop new offerings and the teams required to turn these solutions into reality
- Build, strengthen and expand our client relationships in the market to open new doors
- Expand our internal relationships and network to deliver cross-functional projects and drive sales
- Manage project financials to ensure a sound and profitable portfolio of work
- Support development and progression of our team members
- Contribute to market strategy of the Hong Kong Finance Consulting team
- Be a market leader through development of thought leadership and promotion of our leading practices and ideas across different marketing and/or speaking events; extend the impact/reach of these activities through social media
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 9 years' experience leading and delivering finance transformation in a client-oriented environment
- Project finance transformation skills needed in one or more of the following areas: ERP (multi-platform), GBS/SSC, process automation, fast close process & platforms and/or FP&A/EPM
- Preference for experience in leading consulting or professional services firms or as an internal project leader for industry practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years sales-oriented experience in consulting
- Project/program leader capable of driving a project from conception to conclusion
- Digital technology as a second skills is preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with c-suite, management and clients
- Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational and leadership ability
- Relevant Professional qualifications are a plus, e.g., PMP, CIMA, CPA
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin will be an advantage
