The Opportunity

As Client Solutions Coordinator you will play an essential role in supporting the Client Engagement Team who are responsible for leading QBE's engagement with some of the company's largest clients in Europe. The successful individual will be involved in all aspects of account relationship management, working with key internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence, building knowledge of QBE's insurance products, responding to servicing inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure alignment with the team's reporting and financial objectives.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in working in a team focused on delivering high value and impact service to key QBE clients.

Your new role
  • Working with the individual QBE client teams, support new business bids by actively managing internal and external stakeholders in line with the agreed project plan, help create presentation material and narrative reports.
  • Support QBE's Customer Strategy by capturing and keeping up to date individual client records in Salesforce and other database applications.
  • Deliver , and over time help to improve and refine, a suite of MI r eports to senior managers detailing performance against KPI such as engagement activity across the team's client portfolio; financial performance for the period; financial projections; etc
  • Support the QBE teams in the preparation for a wide variety of client and broker meetings, including tasks such as producing reports setting out the financial performance of the client's portfolio; sharing background to and updates on service activity; prepare briefing documents on the client's business and their industry sector.
  • Through direct interaction with external stakeholders gain insights into their changing demands and needs, developments in the insurance market and feedback on QBE's proposition.
  • Support new business pipeline development by preparing the team for planning meetings; creating MI packs which detail trends in previous new business activities; ensuring performance dashboards are accurate.
About you
  • Enthusiasm to work in a team environment with, often, dynamic and shifting priorities and objectives.
  • Communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable in exploring new subjects and keen to learn.
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Practical project management experience would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft software packages, and experience of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, would be an advantage.
QBE will provide practical support to all candidates in relation to their professional development so prior experience in the insurance industry is not a pre-requisite, but being comfortable when working with complex commercial, financial, and legal concepts will be an advantage.
