We are now working with an expanding business operating in the broad private markets/ investment sphere. They are looking to expand their recently opened London team and need to hire an outstanding fund raising and investor relations professional.

The role will report to the Founder and CEO. The position will have regular external relationship management responsibilities which include working with global institutional investors such as pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and more. The ongoing relationship management responsibilities include facilitating regular institutional investor engagement and interactions, portfolio updates and ad hoc client projects. Additionally, you'll design institutional presentations, account proposals, and other investor deliverables as necessary. Also, this position will also participate in evaluating new business opportunities including financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, other asset classes and qualitative considerations

Professional Experience Required

Director/ SVP level professional in a fund raising / investor relations role for a private markets group, investment management firm, or related experience in private equity, an investment bank, placement agent, asset management firm or in alternative investments more generally.

Strong existing relationships within the institutional investor community

A proven history initiating, developing and maintaining institutional relationships both direct and through other distribution channels.
