SVP/Director will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle, working alongside the solid leadership team with a proven track record in investing and acquisitions in Pan Asia. You will have the opportunity to be in a career-track position with significant leadership and upward mobility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive the investment cycle including investment thesis generation, deal sourcing, and deal execution
  • Lead and oversee key functions of a transaction including origination, underwriting, financial modelling, due diligence, and presentation to the Investment Committee
  • Conducting due diligence and analytical work on potential investments
  • Make recommendations to the investmtment committee, being able to position ideas, and articulate potential risks and rewards for each recommendation
  • Interaction with management of portfolio companies and financial sponsors
  • Coordinate the execution of investment transactions with legal counsel, investors, internal operations and portfolio company management
  • Oversee the ongoing monitoring and projects for portfolio companies
  • Develop, conduct, and coordinate financial analyses, reports, and presentations to facilitate making investment and business decisions


Qualifications
  • 10 years of successful private equity investing experience and/or start-up/investment banking deal execution experience from a top tier investment bank. Director level will be considered for candidates with more years of relevant experience.
  • Full cycle of direct investment with sector experience in TMT/High Tech/Tech-enabled/Advanced manufacturing/ highly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong sourcing network and ability to cultivate new, productive relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate a creative, flexible, resourceful, and disciplined approach to driving a complex mission-driven investment program
  • Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely and communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in working within a small, entrepreneurial team
