Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in the execution of live capital advisory transactions and new business development initiatives.
  • Prepare marketing and investor due diligence materials (Investor Presentation, due diligence questionaries, Private Placement Memorandum, etc.) for private equity capital fundraisers.
  • Assist investors with their queries and investment/operational/ESG due diligence questionnaires; organize and attend regular due diligence meetings and asset tours
  • Create and update asset- and fund-level financial models.
  • Liaise and coordinate with third-party legal/tax/ESG consultants and advisors
  • Conduct in-depth macroeconomic and country/ sector research
  • Work with clients and counsel to review transaction documentation, negotiate key terms of the transaction with prospective investors and close transactions.
  • Support senior management with prospective client/investor meetings, including the preparation of investor profiles, financial analysis, market assessments
  • Participate in prospective client/investor meetings.
  • Maintain deal and investor profiles on our CRM system

Background & Experience:
  • 1-2 years of work experience as an Analyst within real assets advisory, real estate investment banking or real estate private equity)
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical, presentational, and organizational skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Capacity to multitask, work independently across multiple projects and thrive in a team.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Academic excellence, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • High standards of professional and ethical conduct
