Lead front and back-end system development using modern frameworks.
Analyze specifications, offer feedback and recommendations.
Create user-friendly interfaces focusing on ease of use and accessibility.
Optimize applications for better performance and scalability.
Quickly develop high-quality mockups and prototypes.
Accurately estimate development timelines.
Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring best practices.
Mentor junior team members.
Maintain UI standardization using best practices and templates.
Write clean, sustainable code adhering to coding best practices.
Stay updated with web technologies and UI/UX design trends.
Deliver interaction designs prioritizing user experience.
Research and develop innovative software solutions.
Analyze user needs for tailor-made software.
Lead software updates, testing, and validation.
Collaborate on hardware-software integration.
Define software specifications and performance requirements.
Experience Required:

5+ years in full-stack development.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript/JQuery, Angular, .NET, C#, SQL, Responsive Web Design, Bootstrap, and testing frameworks.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility and UX design.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Highly Desirable Skills:

Microservices Architecture.
CSS frameworks (LESS, SASS).
Build management tools (TFS).
TDD/BDD, Websockets, HTML5 web storage.
Online design portfolio (if available).
Functional Knowledge:

General understanding of banking, finance, and investment banking.
