The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Product Manager in requirement collection and elicitation, writing user stories to communicate with developers, and ensuring that QA can process unit testing effectively. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in studying business/operation processes and UX flow, and be able to write user stories and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira or similar tools is also required.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify and collect business requirements for digital product development.
• Study business and operation processes, as well as UX flow, to ensure that requirements are aligned with the overall objectives of the digital product roadmap.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and communicated to the development team and QA team.
• Create Jira tickets to communicate requirements to developers and ensure that they are implemented accurately.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure that unit testing is performed according to the project requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to discuss business requirements, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Participate in project planning activities, including estimating effort, identifying risks, and creating project timelines.
• Develop project documentation, such as business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Provide regular status update to the stakeholders as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to elicit business requirements clearly for driving technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Jira or other issue tracking software is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and timelines.
• Passion for technology and desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
