Relationship Manager- Corporate Banking

Job Description

Reaching out to prospective customers in the MNC segment and Private Equity & Venture Capital segments which have presence in ASEAN regions and with strong business linkages to India

Originating and onboarding (with complete KYC) new corporate clients and developing and maintaining good relationships with clients

Understanding client requirements and providing banking solutions including but not limited to investments flow, trade flows and other transactional banking requirements

Preparing credit proposals, coordinating with other departments for approvals and undertaking credit monitoring & asset reviews of the portfolio

Maintaining existing relationships with corporate clients and enhancing existing relationship value and wallet share

Executing transactions in a timely and efficient manner in line with customer expectations

Maintaining credit files and ensuring safe custody of all documents

Maximizing business opportunities thus contributing to the overall profitability of the Branch

Understanding regulatory and compliance guidelines and carrying out day-to-day activities within defined frameworks

Any other relevant task or project as assigned by the Reporting Manager
