The firm team work remotely, with regular (weekly, optional) in person sessions to develop and maintain their progressive culture, and help to support personal development. Team members are trusted to take on responsibility, so there is no micro management. This will suit a FX quant who is happy working independently and who is confident in their ability to build models. The role also requires strong coding skills but they are agnostic in terms of what language someone specialises in.

This role will involve working with senior team members to help build out new pricing models. The client base consists of traders at leading hedge funds and investment banks. Ideally, the candidate will be confident in communicating with traders. The firm have had success due to delivering accurate prices quicker than other systems. The focus of the firm is within options and they are looking to hire a quant who can help them build a model for FX options.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on greenfield projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • Excellent Academic background in highly quantitative subject
  • Strong coding skills
  • 2 years plus experience as a quant analyst focused on FX Options
  • Collegiate, team based approach
  • Happy working and learning in a largely remote based work environment
