An exclusive role to recruit for for a Team Head, Financial Institutions (Banks) to join anestablished corporate bank and lead a small team to manage and grow a portfolio of Bank Financial Institutions sector.

Role Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for leading and managing the assigned Banks sector portfolio through new customer acquisition and deep penetration of existing client relationships
  • Achieve annual revenue targets by promoting bank products and financial solutions to deepen client wallet share and build strong relationships with international and regional banks sector clients.
  • Oversee the credit application and memo write up, and be accountable to continuous monitoring of credit performance of the customer portfolio.
  • Research and provide industry and client insights on prospective target client base.
  • Handle communication and credit related matters with clients
  • Oversee documentation matters of existing and new transaction after credit approval;
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the business department when neccesary

  • 10+ years Financial Institutions relationship management experience covering Bank sector clients
  • Sharp credit analysis judement including financial analysis and cash flow projection skills for large corporate customers
  • Product knowledge in loan facility, FX, cash management, trade finance and derivative products; and structured facilities
  • Bachelor's Degree; Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, FRM are desirable
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation/excel and powerpoint skills in english;
  • Due to target customer segment, proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
