  • Manage and develop a portfolio of local large corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand clients' financial goals, challenges, and business strategies to offer comprehensive banking solutions and products.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as credit, risk, and product specialists, to design and deliver customized solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional banking services, including trade finance, cash management, foreign exchange, and treasury solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts, financial performance, and industry trends to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and advice to clients.
  • Prepare and present credit proposals, financial analyses, and reports for senior management and credit committees.
  • Achieve revenue targets, profitability, and other performance metrics set by the bank.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (CFA, ACCA, etc.) is a plus.
  • 8+ years experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in a foreign bank or reputable financial institution.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing relationships with local large corporate clients.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, including trade finance, cash management, treasury solutions, and lending.
  • Excellent understanding of the local market, industry trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements, conduct risk assessments, and prepare credit proposals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and profitability.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
