Join our growing team in Vilnius as a Senior Officer Risk Management
As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus' world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.

We are looking for a Senior Officer Risk Management to join our growing team. As a key member of the team, supporting the EMEA & APAC Risk team, you will work closely with colleagues at all levels, across various departments and throughout the firm. This will provide the candidate with the visibility and the opportunity to build their role further within the Group. Broader responsibilities of the team include the following but is not limited.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

EMEA & APAC Risk Team's Key Deliverables:
  • Support the embedding of a robust, lean, and effective Global Risk Management Framework, easy to comprehend and communicate, that underpins the strategy. Applying a collaborative approach working closely with the business.
  • Management and coordination of the Risk Management Processes in the Risk Management Tool. Applying a time-efficient yet well controlled approach.
  • Support the Enterprise Risk Management team with the Policies and Process Library and Management Information.
  • Support the broader risk function with projects and ad hoc requests.).
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the embedding of the Global Risk Management Framework. Including the implementation and operation of the risk management processes.
  • Manage and coordinate Risk Processes, particularly Reportable Events, Issues and Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs).
  • Support the Enterprise Risk Management team with the Policies and Process Library and Management Information.
  • Develop and produce Management Information packs from the Risk Tooling providing insight led reporting for the Board and the Risk Committee.
  • Any other projects / tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
YOUR PROFILE

What we'll look for on your CV:
  • At least 4 years of experience in the field of Risk Management or a similar field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to navigate through complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Experience in partnering with an executive team
Monthly salary gross from: 2666 Eur
