Who we are looking for

CRD Corporate IT is looking for an Associate IT Specialist that will join technology infrastructure team. The Associate IT Specialist will work on engineering and support of the end user infrastructure and its associated interdependencies such as Azure VDI, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, security controls, etc . The candidate must be able to articulate complex engineering concepts into actionable business and risk controls.

The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for

The Associate IT Specialist :

  • Creates designs, integrates, and oversees implementation of the desktop infrastructure
  • Maintains quality assurance and support of services documentation
  • Develops strategic recommendations and long - term plans to management
  • Evaluates and stress tests new technology while assessing fit for feasibility studies
  • Bring s an IT infrastructure and integration perspective to all technology initiatives and ensur es all program and project activities adhere to architectural standards and best practices

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
  • 3+ years of overall IT Infrastructure experience
  • Windows, Azure, and related IT experience required
  • Industry-related certifications is a plus

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $81,640 Annual
