KEY PURPOSE:
• To lead Coller Capital's digital marketing and marketing technology strategy.
• To own the firm's digital marketing estate and support infrastructure
• To determine and manage the tools, processes and technology that power the firm's ability to deliver its marketing strategy efficiently and cost effectively
• To provide the marketing team with performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General:
• Build a best-in-class digital marketing user experience for prospective clients engaging with Coller's digital marketing touchpoints
• Build prospect engagement and lead generation programmes to support growth, particularly in the newly formed Private Wealth channel
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns
• Building and maintain Coller's presence across multiple social media channels
• Improve marketing performance through automation and deployment of marketing technology
• Use our analytics tools to provide regular insights and reporting focusing on key performance indicators across website, social, email, organic and paid search
• Strong working relationship with IT and Operations to ensure client experience, client strategy and marketing communications fully integrated
• Manage marketing vendors and adherence to brand guideline standards
• Identify and champion process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
• Background in Digital Marketing leadership roles; preferably Financial Services experience
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing techniques including CMS, social media, SEO, PPC, CRM and marketing automation
• Ability to operate effectively across business range. Digital First advocate
• Experience of digital marketing
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of client journey and potential touchpoints
• Naturally collaborative able to listen and problem solve
• Analytically strong with ability to interpret data from multiple sources
• Commercially savvy and able to identify and drive performance improvements
• Excellent copywriting skills for all digital & social media channels
• Strong digital project management skills

Desirable:
• CIM/IDM Diploma /Certificate in Digital Marketing
• Technical knowledge and preferably familiar with Wordpress and Pardot platforms and tools
• Familiarity with Private Market investment
• Collaborative, motivated, team player with 'can do' attitude
• Experience in both B2B and B2C channels
