A leading Financial Services firm based in the City of London.


A Vice President - Talent Development with the following key responsibilities:
  • Close consultation and strong working relationships with the business and Human Capital Group leaders to establish talent priorities
  • Design the learning journey from Analyst through to MD underpinning the differentiated skills at each phase of the journey and associate program to support progression to the next stage
  • execution of bespoke talent and learning initiatives to deliver the vision
  • Program management of these initiatives, including some platform delivery of training programs
  • Review programs for the Corporate teams and identify relevant learning opportunities for professional development
  • Building and maintaining necessary talent infrastructure (processes, systems, reporting & communication)
  • Design and delivery of bespoke training programs to support our client's DE&I goals
  • Measure, track and analyse the progress and effectiveness of DE&I initiatives; develop metric to assess success, support accountability and provide solutions
  • Identify and develop partnerships with external organisations, speakers, coaches, experts and other resources to enhance capability and enable scaling of solutions and impact

  • Design and execution of bespoke talent and learning initiatives to support our client's business and people goals
  • Able and willing to skillfully execute administrative/organisational aspects of programs
  • Ability to independently build, plan and progress work against broad objectives
  • Skills and experience in deploying virtual, online and hybrid learning initiatives

The Ideal Candidate
  • A recent 5+ years of experience delivering L&D within an Investment Management or Investment Banking environment
  • Degree qualified or an applicable L&D recognised qualification
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload during busy periods
  • Team mentality and strong work ethic
  • Well-organised and able to effectively multi-task and progress many initiatives at once
  • Confidence and resilience to interact successfully with senior stakeholders
