The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services. The Ops Sup Analyst 1 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Regional Investment Operations (RIO) is a Center of Excellence (COE) for Wealth Management Operations supporting Regional Consumer Bank.
  • The department does processing for Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, Fixed Income, & Equities.
  • There are several processing functions such as Order Placement, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Maintenance and Pricing functions.
  • Support the Mutual Funds / Alternative Investments/ Bonds / Structured Notes / Equities related processing for Asia Pacific Countries.
  • Handling of operation processes including order placement, contracting, entry posting and reconciliation for Mutual Fund/Alternative Investments & Fixed Income Securities.
  • Ensure that the day-to-day processing of orders is completed smoothly adhering to the cut off times.
  • Meet the Business expectation on operational matters and facilitate a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Confident to work under time pressure. Timely handling of high volume of transactions and exceeding the Service expectation with internal clients.
  • Able to work amicably with others in the team to ensure work is completed smoothly. Liaison with other processing teams in RIO, Product team and country operations teams located in countries supported by the department.
  • Ensuring quality processing and adherence to Citi Policies and Controls.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and cultures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year's work experience preferably in operations
  • Knowledge of investment products especially around Mutual Funds and Fixed Income Securities
  • Responsible, organized and ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Detail Oriented
  • Articulate with strong communications skills both written and spoken
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • May need to work on Singapore Public Holidays
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
