Your new company
As a senior management for Strong Local Corporate Coverage, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing excellent financial services to local corporate clients within Hong Kong. You will leverage your transaction banking knowledge and solid network within the large and middle markets to drive business growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This position requires strong leadership skills, deep industry expertise, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Your new role

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, including relationship managers, analysts, and support staff, to achieve business objectives and meet performance targets.

• Develop and execute strategies to provide comprehensive financial solutions to local corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and services to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that meet clients' cash management, trade finance, and liquidity management requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within the large and middle markets, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

• At least 10 years of corporate banking experience

• Extensive experience in corporate banking, with a focus on local corporate coverage and transaction banking within the Hong Kong market.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business targets.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
