- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance the value of logistics/industrial real estate assets.
- Lead a team of asset managers and collaborate with property management, leasing, and investment teams to achieve portfolio objectives.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation, to drive informed decision-making.
- Evaluate market trends, tenant needs, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for asset enhancement and value creation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee property operations, including leasing, capital improvement projects, and risk management initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management and investors.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and market conditions to recommend and implement innovative strategies for asset optimisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in asset management within the logistics/industrial real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing the value of a diverse real estate portfolio.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry regulations, and emerging technologies impacting logistics/industrial real estate.
