Our client is a leading international wealth firm with offices in the US and Asia. They provide investment management, discretionary asset management, strategic tax preparation and estate management services. They are currently looking for a Senior Client Adviser to be based in Singapore.
The role will be responsible for increasing the revenue size in the region through discretionary/financial planning clients. Job Description
The Successful Applicant
- Build relationships with clients and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Expand service offerings to existing clients.
- Actively engage with clients and with their tax and legal advisers.
- Contribute to the firm's revenue growth by cultivating relationships with clients and prospects.
- Participate in the firm's marketing initiatives.
- Create and present comprehensive financial plans and personal financial analyses.
- Collaborate with the portfolio management team to craft proposals for prospects and clients, contributing to the growth of the firm's assets under management.
- Collaborate with advisers and clients to understand the full spectrum of the Company's services, including investments, financial planning, tax, and investments.
- Oversee the work carried out by wealth associates and other support team members.
What's on Offer
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a wealth management adviser with expertise in client relationship management.
- SFC/HMKA licensing is required, and candidates with additional licenses or experience in other markets are preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for advising clients, possessing strong relationship management skills to connect with and provide lasting guidance to a diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to contribute to winning and retaining client business.
- Technical proficiency across various areas relevant to private client financial planning and investment advice, with the capability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the creation of firm materials, and the ability to convey ideas and proposals effectively to sophisticated clients.
- A team player capable of collaborating with other client advisers and senior management, particularly in supporting the firm's largest and most complex clients.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with energy and enthusiasm to contribute to the company's growth.
- A clean U4 record, ability to provide references, and willingness to undergo a background and credit check.
