Retail Distribution - Branch Network
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 270 branches and service outlets, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as Assistant Branch Manager EX (Cross-Boundary).
Principal responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager on the daily operational management of the branch and conduct regular reviews on operational processes to identify any potential risk issues and/or areas of improvement on process streamlining
  • Develop and manage a sales and service team to achieve the business objectives and ensure the sales and service activities fully comply with the Bank's quality and compliance standard, and external regulations
  • Contribute to cost control through effective resources management and cost control initiatives in line with the Bank's objective and strategies
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and efficient operation and embrace customer centricity in daily activities
  • Communicate and ensure timely execution of new policies, governance procedures, practices and standards to the team
  • Secondary education or above
  • Over 10 years of retail banking experience, with sound knowledge in banking operations
  • Good knowledge of the internal procedures and external guidelines to wealth management products, both investment and insurance
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
  • Embrace changes and be adaptable to volatile and complex environment with a growth mindset
  • Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
