#Evolve will help Global Internal Audit become a Digital Audit function that is fit for the future and always improving. It aims to make it easier for us all to succeed through small but impactful changes to how we work. In turn, these small changes will accelerate our digital transformation journey .
• As the #Evolve Programme Manager you will facilitate, and project manage the identified #Evolve initiatives. You will report to the Global Head of Change, GIA and support the initiative EXCO sponsors, including aligning the initiatives to outcomes and KPIs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the list of initiatives (initiative backlog), tracking outcomes against the initiative plans and milestones.
• You will manage reporting activities across the initiatives against timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. You will oversee the initiatives and support collaboration to ensure success of #Evolve.
• You will also be responsible in ensuring time budgets as per business case are implemented so members are on-boarded and off-boarded to the relative initiatives in a timely manner. You will also manage reporting of any time allocation issues.
• You will also be responsible for coordinating #Evolve changes with the various BAU GIA Change agenda. This will entail and liaising with the GIA COO and Global Professional Practices teams.
Experience To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Have experience in Consulting or Banking in Change Delivery Project Management and/or Transformation
Have experience in Internal Audit or Risk/Compliance Assurance preferably in a Change / Professional Practices position
Have experience in portfolio / book of work management - Ability to track, and prioritise, several simultaneous delivery activities with limited resources,
Understanding of Internal Audit methodology and processes, IIA Standards application and requirements in a global Bank
Ability to navigate a large, diverse, and organisationally complex organization
Be an effective business partner to understand, collect, prioritise initiatives Ability to involve and engage team members at all levels within GIA
Excellent stakeholders' management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
