Overview

Institutional Client Group (ICG) facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of Fixed Income & Currencies product suite and financing to institutional clients. These institutional clients include banks, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. If selected, you will hold the title of Financial Institutional Sales/Coverage (at a director level).

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for all Institutional client coverage in Latin America
  • Develop strong relationships at all, senior and junior, levels; build strong relationships with partners, senior portfolio managers, principals, and capital markets professionals at the clients and to work collaboratively with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base
  • Develop connections with global institutional clients across the Firm
  • Strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis and help generate new revenue opportunities for the sector
  • New business development, including new product/markets/geographies; drive sales growth by creating new/developing existing relationships; generate new revenue opportunities; think strategically about the Business, stay on top of market themes/trends
  • Client lifecycle - support all aspects (Client Lifecycle Management, Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Financial Crime and other client and risk related forums)

  • Able to be a senior role model for the junior population
  • Able to understand and interpret market trends
  • Able to work in a high paced environment under pressure
Skills You'll Need
  • Extensive experience in Fixed Income products and local institutional client coverage
  • Deep track record with Institutional client base
  • Strong relevant market knowledge and related technical skills
  • Experience in managing/supervising a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating various Deutsche Bank teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills to persuade investors to purchase Deutsche Bank services
  • Detail oriented and driven to succeed in a complex, fast moving environment

Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
