Non-Deal Roadshow Coordinator - JP Morgan - London - 6 months - PAYE - Hybrid
We are seeking a Non-Deal Roadshow Coordinator to join JP Morgan in London on an initial 6 months contract. You should have previous Non-Deal Roadshow experience having worked at another bank as we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running.

*Please note JP Morgan are working on a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 days from home per week. When working from home you will need your own Laptop/PC as these are not provided.*
We are seeking a Non-Deal Roadshow Coordinator to join JP Morgan in London on an initial 6 months contract. You should have previous Non-Deal Roadshow experience having worked at another bank as we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running.
Highlight of Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Work with EMEA Investor Access, sales and research teams to support the delivery of Non-Deal Roadshows,
- Liaise directly with Corporates in support their logistical requirements. This will include communications with management assistants, Investor Relations and direct contact to C Suite Management whilst they are travelling
- Liaise with joint brokers
- Coordination of all logistics to include Travel, Hotels, Group Venues, Transportation, Security and onsite registration for groups where necessary
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers
- Arrange printing & shipping of presentation materials
- Set up and coordination of schedules and information flow
- Expense reconciliation and post roadshow administration/reporting
- Booking Zoom calls and Webinars via multiple AV vendors and assisting with technical problems and guidance where necessary

- Ability to follow and adhere to set processes

- Ability to multi-task and to work to strict deadlines, working flexibly where the situation demands
- Candidates will have experience of operating to a high standard in financial services
- Experience in roadshow management essential
Technical Skills:
- Experience of managing schedules using a web-based scheduling/event management tool. PrimaryOne preferred
- Intermediate Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good knowledge of Compliance requirements around the delivery of roadshows within financial institutions.
