About our client

Our client is a well known international, mid-market firm with Private Equity, Growth and Private Credit strategies. You will be joining a growing and dynamic team where you will focus on project managing private credit end-to-end fundraising processes and servicing their institutional investor base. You will be responsible for overseeing the output of analysts and associates within the team and will have regular exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. What the job involves

  • Manage project management efforts across our client's different strategies
  • Develop bespoke fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and ad hoc investor communications - i.e. PPMs, DDQs, case studies etc.
  • Oversee the output of junior team members, supporting with their training and overall development
  • Interface with investors for the purpose of responding to investor queries, onboarding them into the fund and supporting in due diligence meetings alongside senior sales professionals
  • Manage co-investment and secondary transactions plus structuring of SMAs
  • Build strong working relations with internal business teams including Deals, Finance, Legal and ESG
Who we are looking for

  • Educated to degree level from a leading institution with strong academic background
  • Experience working in a private markets firm within Investor Relations or from within a placement agent or broader asset management environment
  • Familiarity or interest in private credit is desirable
  • Technically minded and comfortable understanding financial / performance terminology
  • Proficient command of English both verbal and written
  • Demonstrable ability to transform financial performance details into investor-friendly messages
