Treasury Analyst (m/f/d), Fund Management Real Estate, Munich

Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate is looking for a Treasury Analyst to support our Fund Management team. A wide range of exciting and challenging tasks await you in the areas of treasury, process management, as well as digitalization and reporting.

Your tasks include:
  • Support in cash, liquidity, and FX management.
  • Contribute to the strategic positioning and restructuring of the Treasury and Liquidity Management team in line with the company's vision and scaling strategy.
  • Coordination function between internal and external actors.
  • Monitoring payment transactions and administration of bank accounts.
  • Investment of free or released financial resources.
  • Support in the creation of treasury reports.
  • Carrying out analytical activities to identify business requirements and implement them.
  • Monitoring compliance with company guidelines and adjusting processes and guidelines as necessary.
  • Coordination of the implementation and support of developed processes.
  • Participation in the development of active liquidity management.
  • Document application requirements, perform analysis and make recommendations for the design of software specifications.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies or methodologies and develop knowledge in these areas to apply to business projects.

Your skills:
  • You have a high level of business knowledge.
  • Your skills enable you to deal with complex corporate structures.
  • Experience and understanding of dealing with IT systems.
  • Your experience in private equity, infrastructure, real assets and/or real estate is an advantage for this role.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You have a highly motivated, proactive, and resilient personality.
  • You have great business judgment and strong interpersonal skills that enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
