Join our high performing Financial Institutions Group team in London where you will generate and execute opportunities, assisting in end-to-end transaction execution and marketing activities across different subsectors within FIG.
Arisen with Macquarie Capital due to continued growth, this outstanding opportunity will see you prepare financial models and marketing documents for transaction execution and marketing purposes as well as operating and valuation models. You will prepare financial projections, completion mechanics, and fund-flows to support transactions. You will have the opportunity to attend relevant meetings, and to work with different parts of the Macquarie Group: Debt Advisory; Principal Finance, and the various other offices within the Macquarie franchise across Europe and with the wider team in New York / Sydney.

Macquarie Capital provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. It also undertakes principal investing activities globally in support of its client activities.

What you offer:
- 3-5 years of relevant M&A experience (ideally within the FIG sector)
- Able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills
- Experience in training and upskilling juniors
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- An exceptional academic record
