They are now seeking an Institutional Sales Trainee to handle daily operational duties such as preparing business management, global business review, maintaining customer call reports, and helping to develop business analysis in institutional sales team. They have the highest market capitalization in Europe among traditional asset management companies serving more than 1,000 customers worldwide.

Job Description

• Responsible for preparing business management meeting agenda and meeting notes, providing support in global business review meeting preparation and follow up
• Manage business reporting and pre-authorized contributions including meetings, pipelines, market flow in the region and results
• Assist in business analysis with Dissemination market intelligence and research information
• Maintain circulation of product information and industry news to facilitate business development
• Prepare call reports and entries at MyCRM (Customer Relationship Management software platform) and ISIS database to facilitate global business reporting
• Coordinate visitors' schedule and institutional activities, maintain record of key targets / client contacts
• Supervise follow up activities on call report for business management

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates with analysis skills within buy side firms are preferred
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong in Power point and excel
