Our client, a leading Private Equity Fund in France region, is currently looking for an Associate to join their fast -growing team to be based in Paris.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate, structure, and complete fund documentation for clients;
Source & Evaluate investment opportunities;
Create presentations and memos about new investment opportunities
Be responsible for individual modules in the due diligence and execution of investment opportunities, e.g., in-depth financial analyses and financial modelling, as well as legal and tax due diligence, legal documentation and financing;
Requirements:
1-3 years of professional/consulting experience; additional, relevant banking or private equity internship are advantageous;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics, economics etc.)
Strong financial modelling and valuation experience;
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
Native French and Fluent English
