Service Line Overview

In KPMG's Management Consulting practice, we do not limit ourselves to either strategy or implementation. Instead, we deliver both. Key Responsibilities

You will work alongside other consultants on a variety of digital, technology, and digital transformation topics. Every project is different, but you can expect to:

• Work as a core team member in delivering Digital Solutions, specifically:
• Gather and prepare business requirements from a functional and non-functional perspectives
• Analyze current business processes and work with Solution Architect in recommending future business solutions
• Document user requirements specifications
• Create user stories and coordinate User Acceptance Test
• Support partners and associate directors on proposal developments based on specific client requirements
• Drive marketing campaigns and developing business relationships with senior client executives
• Play an active role in supporting the recruitment, team's growth and development, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture of work, and provide skills coaching and mentoring

Who you will work with

You will join the Digital Enablement team under the Management Consulting practice. You will become a key member of a team that helps clients' IT management create a forward-looking perspective that uses IT to enhance business value, and helps improve the efficiency of IT services, to support businesses' stable, long-term development.

Experience & Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in requirement analysis and business process review
• Solid stakeholder management skills, including business users and development team
• Experience in consulting and/or financial services industry is a plus
• Logical thinker, results-oriented and with excellent project management, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge in common cloud platforms and solutions is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and on a tight timeline
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Chinese
