The successful candidate will assist their Relationship Manager and other team members with the delivery of high quality client service and support for their client base.and will have responsibility of running with their own clients.
Provide fundamental support in all phases of client service, client relationship building and account maintenance to assist the business activities of RMs.
Provide client service support in accepting and placing orders upon RM and/or client request.
Respond to client enquiries on account documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities' transfers, security information, general product and/or service information research and initiating corrections to transaction and/or account errors.
Provide administrative support to RMs and/or Management by maintaining existing accounts through excellent client service, creating and maintaining client files, obtaining required documentation and initiating client contact via phone/meetings as needed to support RMs.
Review client portfolios for all updates, answering administrative and operational enquiries.
Knowledge and experience of private client service skills, communication skills and presentation skills. 2 years minimum experience in a similar role.
