  • Lead the communications strategy (digital and offline) and execution and stakeholder engagement for Transformation Group
  • Manage the plan around engagement with the programmes under Transformation Group, and liaise with stakeholders to align messages to Transformation Group and DBS level
  • Build Transformation Group brand to help raise awareness of programmes to all employees and achieve agreed success measurements
  • Drive engagement with communities relating to transformation programmes
  • Communicate the value of transformation programmes and how these deliver value for the bank
  • Manage consistent roll out of communications bank-wide on a regular basis, distribute for more exposure, and measure impact of communication
  • Conceptualise and execute local and regional community events
  • Build and rollout bank wide internal portals
  • Work with other departments to ensure alignment of Transformation Group messenging
  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in developing and implementing internal communications strategy
  • High level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholder groups
  • Proven ability to challenge and communicate (oral & written) at an operational and senior management and executive level within an organisation
  • Excellent in story telling to all types of audience
  • Ability to proof read and copy edit without further quality assessments
  • Prepare, interpret and present complex information to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Experience in managing a team of communication personnel, including copy writers and designers
  • Ability to project manage, prioritize and meet tight deadlines within assigned budgets
  • Good to have understanding of data, governance, analytics, design thinking, agile, customer and employee experience.
  • Self-starter with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work under high pressure and across functional departments
