Job Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire and retain institutional clients, leveraging the company's strengths and tailored solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the institutional client base, understanding their unique investment needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including portfolio management and client services, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and client interactions
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in achieving sales targets

The Successful Applicant
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated success in institutional sales within the financial services/investment management industry
  • Deep understanding of institutional investment products, market trends, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
